Show Fourth of July Schedule of Events Daybreak Salute. AH Day Concessions, Amusements. 2 :00 p. m. Patriotic program on the Springville City Park, featuring a short patriotic address ad-dress by Attorney Sherman Christensen of Provo, vocal numbers by Helen Palfreyman, Thora Whiting, and a quartet, Ralph Snel-son, Snel-son, Carrel Waters, Glen Holley, and Howard How-ard Waters; an instrumental duet by Wm. Parry and Ralph Weight, and selections by the Springville Band before and after the program. 3 p. m. to 5 p. m. Entertainment for children on City Park, including approximately 100 races for cash prizes, to be climaxed with a candy shower. 6 p. m. Prompt Mammoth Parade will form at Second North Street and will march through Main Street to Fourth South, back to Second South and then to Second East. Evening Immediately after the parade, the imported show of specialty acts will be given at the City Ball Park; also featuring Jettie Jacob, Springville High School drum majorette major-ette now attending Compton college. ' Grand Climax Spectacular lavish, display of fireworks. |
