Show c Committees Report Final Details Complete for Holiday Observance ! : . Program, Parade and Fireworks To Feature Events Marking another colorful observance ob-servance of Independence Day in Springville, an elaborate parade, imported nationally famous talent tal-ent and specialty acts in the evening, eve-ning, lavish display of fireworks, entertainment on the city park And other festivities, will all combine com-bine to give Springville Fourth of July crowds a big day comparable to any in the state. Reports from various committee commit-tee heads indicate that plans are running smoothly and that everything every-thing is in readiness for a big celebration. A daybreak salute will begin the day, with concessions and amusements being featured on the city park all day. At two p. m. a patriotic program will be con-Glen con-Glen Sumsion. ducfea under the direction of From three to five p. m., under the direction of Lloyd Bird, sports and races will be conducted for the children, to be climaxed by a candy shower. Approximately 100 races will be run for cash prizes. The city recreational directors are also working cooperatively with Mr. Bird in conducting the day's program. Promptly at 6 p. m., which is one 'hour earlier than previously announced, the parade will form at the corner of Second North street and march down Main street to Fourth South and thence to Second East. Immediately after the parade the big show of nationally famous talent, including the amazing combination com-bination of one-legged men, Large and Morgener, will be presented at the ball park. The show is one of the biggest ever to be presented present-ed in this part of the country. The ball park will be brilliantly lighted light-ed for the occasion and added seating seat-ing facilities will be provided for the comfort of the large crowd of spectators expected to attend. One of the most lavish and spectacular spec-tacular displays of fireworks ever presented here will be given as the grand climax to the big days' celebration. cele-bration.
