Show RAT BAIT TO BE AVAILABLE AT FIRE HALL TUES. Rat bait will be given free of charge at the fire hall on Tuesday, Tues-day, March 23, it was announced today by Glenn Hansen, city recorder. re-corder. Bait will be distributed also at the Mapleton town hall, from 1 to 4 p. m. Everyone whose property is infested in-fested by rats or in cases where rats come from neighboring yards, is urged to procure the rat bait as a means of exterminating these rodents. The damage done by rats is inestimable in-estimable in addition to the diseases diseas-es for which they are believed to be responsible. It is therefore the duty of townspeople to join In a campaign of ridding the locality of the pests and begin by exterminating extermi-nating them from one's own yard. |
