Show Mothers Study Club Hears Organ Music Mothers Study club members were entertained at the home of Mrs. Ernest Strong on Friday afternoon, af-ternoon, with president, Mrs. A. W. Cherrington in charge. The club collect was read by Mrs. Ann Jane Peirce after which the club re-elected officers for the coming year as follows: president, Mrs. A. W. Cherrington; vice-president, Mrs. Beaulah Whiting; secretary, sec-retary, Mrs. Hattie Blackett; ' reporter, re-porter, Mrs. John Burt; parliamentarian, parliamen-tarian, Mrs. A. G. Thorn: program chairman, Mrs. Arthur Finley. The program for the afternoon featured organ music by Byron Jensen who played a number of request selections, as well as his regular numbers. Mrs. Arthur Finley reported on the Legislative council meeting and during a short business period, a motion was made the officers of the club serve two years. A dainty- lunch was served by the hostess, who was assisted by her daughters. Mrs. Lucille Peterson Peter-son and Mrs. Jane Richins. |
