Show Springville Man Dies in Salt Lake WHeart Attack Vern Palmer, 39, Springville construction con-struction worker, died Thursday in Salt Lake City of a heart attack. He had been staying at a motel and was found there at 11 a.m. after apparently suffering a,, fatal heart attack. He was born Jan. 7, 1913, in Goshen, a son of Frank and Julia ' ' 1 Vern Palmer Steele Palmer. He was educated in Goshen and worked as a miner at Eureka and Park City. At the time of his death he was employed by the Atlas Construction Company Com-pany as a heavy equipment operator. opera-tor. Mr. Palmer had only recently returned re-turned from French Morocco, No. Africa, where he had been employed em-ployed for four months. He married Thelma Bingham in 1914 at Farmington. He was a member of the LDS ' church. ' Survivors include his wife and step-son, Cornell Bissell, both of Springville; a son, Doran palmer, and daughter, Verna Palmer, Both of Nephi.
