Show Musettes Hear ' Story of Hymns The origin and history of two LDS hymns furnished an interesting interest-ing lesson at the meeting of the Musettes club held Saturday afternoon af-ternoon at the home of Mrs. Clara Ohilds, with Mrs. Luella Wilson, co-hostess. The lesson was given by Mrs. Afton Palfreyman on the songs, 'How Firm a Foundation," and "School Thy Feelings, O My Brother." Bro-ther." President Childs was in charge of the program which also included includ-ed a vocal solo, "Among My Souvenirs," Sou-venirs," given by Mrs. June Woods Jessee, accompanied by Mrs. Oleah Sargent. Alberta Hoover, director of the chorus group gave the lesson on "flats" and later conducted regular regu-lar rehearsal in preparation for forthcoming engagements. Refreshments were served at the close of the meeting to twenty-four twenty-four members. |
