Show LEGAL NOTICE (Continued from page seven) purchase the bonds being the highest, best and most advantageous offer received, and m the opinion ot the City Council, the most advantageous offer that might be received for the purchase of said bonds and being satisfactory to the City Council, the said offer to purchase is hereby accepted, ratified and confirmed confirm-ed and the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to deliver the bonds to the purchasers thereof, there-of, their agents or assigns, upon receipt of the purchase pur-chase price, as soon as they may be legally issued and delivered. Section 9. That all ordinances and resolutions or parts of ordinanies and resolutions in conflict with the provisions hereof, be and the same are hereby repealed, re-pealed, and after said bonds are issued, this ordinance shall be and remain irrepealable until said bonds and the interest thereon shall have been fully paid, satisfied satis-fied and discharged as herein provided. Section 10. That if any one or more sections, sentences, sen-tences, clauses,, or parts of this ordinance shall, for any reason, be questioned or be held invalid such judgment judg-ment shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remaining remain-ing provisions of this ordinance, but shall be confined in its operation to the specific sections, sentences, clauses, or parts of this ordinance so held unconstitutional unconsti-tutional and invalid, and the inapplicability and invalidity in-validity of any section, sentence, clause, or part of this ordinance, in any one or more instances, shall not affect or prejudice in any way the applicability and validity of this ordinance in any other instances. Section 11. That the City Recorder be and he is hereby authorized and directed to cause this ordinance ordin-ance to be published immediately, and to place on file in his office a certified copy thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED OR-DAINED that it is necessary for the immediate preservation pre-servation of the peace, health and safety of said Springville City and the inhabitants thereof that the proceeds of these bonds be available immediately for the purpose herein set forth, and that an emergency is hereby declared, and that this ordinance shall be in full force and effect on the day of its passage, approval ap-proval and publication as hereinbefore provided.
