Show Bride-Elect Is Motif For Trousseau Tea A lovely function of the spring social season was the trousseau tea given Sunday afternon by Mrs. A. E. Jacobsen complimenting her daughter Miss Carol Jacobsen, who will be wed this week. The tea was held at the home of the bride's sister, Mrs. Wendell Winger and they were assisted by Mrs. Wilford Gerard, mother-in-law-to-be of the guest of honor. The trousseau, including many articles collected by Miss Jacob-sen Jacob-sen on her recent trip to Europe, was displayed in two rooms. Throughout the afternoon string music was furnished by Miss Betty Hoover, Mrs. Thora John- v son, Miss Elaine Jesse and Stephen Clark. Approximately seventy five guests called during the afternoon and were served refreshments on the patio. |
