Show I1 Jeune Mere Club Hears Interesting Review Jeune Mere club members were delightfully entertained on Wednesday Wed-nesday evening of last week at the home of Mrs. Mabel Wright. A tray luncheon was served early in the evening and was followed by an interesting program. Mrs. Wm. Schreiner reviewed the book, "Always the Young Stranger," Stran-ger," by Carl Sandberg. The book depicted an era which is fast disappearing dis-appearing and told of the early life of the author. The rliih nroiect nrize was pre- sented by Mrs. Mary Palfreyman. Mrs. Margaret' Blackett, club president, presided at the meeting and stated that the favors made by the club for the Utah Valley hospital for Mothers Day had been distributed. It was the last meeting of the club for the season. |
