Show Mr. and Mrs. Arch Combs (Bea-ma (Bea-ma Bryan) of Sutherland, Nebr. visited a short time here last week with Mrs. Comb's sister, Mrs. Emma Em-ma B. Kennedy and also with relatives rel-atives and friends in Salt Lake City including their son, Ned and wife. They were enroute home from a vacation trip to Los Angeles and other points of interest on the west coast. Mr. Blanch B. Brown and her sister, Mrs. C. R. Ostler of Orem and her son, who has just returned from an LDS mission to Brazil, motored to Santa Rose, Calif, where they visited Mrs. Brown's son, Leon Blackley and wife and family and also with other relatives rela-tives at Hayward. They were gone about ten days. Leon is presently employed with Proctor and Gamble Gam-ble in Santa Rosa. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Haymond have returned from an enjoyable vacation trip to Cottage Grove, Oregon, where they visited their daughter, Beverly and husband. They also visited Mrs. Haymond s aunt and other relatives and friends at Yakima, Wash. Mr and Mrs. Lawrence Clark are enjoying a visit from their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs Lamond Higbee and children of Winnemucca, Nev. during the Thanksgiving holidays. Mr. Higbee Hig-bee also attended Market Week m Salt Lake. ' t Mr. and Mm. Sheldon Nielson and three children enjoyed a pheasant phea-sant hunting trip and visit with relatives ancj friends at Roosevelt last week. t Mrs. Joseph Jensen is spending a week with her daughter and husband hus-band Mr. and Mrs. Keith Butler at Ogden. She plans to return for the wedding of her granddaughter, granddaugh-ter, Jane Carlson and Curtis B. Nie'lson on Friday at Salem. |
