Show Serviceman Hurt In Auto Accident J. Douglas Poulson, 20, son of Mr. and Mrs. Shirley Poulson, is recovering from injuries sustained in an auto accident Wednesday evening of last week, at the Hill Field hospital where he was removed re-moved Friday of last week from the Payson hospital. He was home on furlough from the service when the accident oc-cured oc-cured and suffered eight fractured ribs, head injury and possible internal in-ternal injury. The collision occured when a car driven east on highway 147 at Mapleton by Nicholas Wilkes, 24, of Salt Lake City failed to stop for the stop sign and collided with another machine driven by R. W. Everett, 49, also of Salt Lake, traveling north. The Wilkes car was knocked into the Poulson car which had stopped for the stop sign waiting for the Averett car to clear the junction. All three cars were demolished and occupants of the other cars were injured. All were taken to the Payson hospital. In the collission, Douglas lost his keys to his duffel bag and his name plate tag which he is especially es-pecially anxious to recover. If anyone any-one finds them, he would be grateful grate-ful for their return. |
