Show Board of Reviews Set for Scouts A Scout Board of Reviews will be held next Wednesday, August 26, at 6:30 p.m. in the Stake House and Commissioner Elwood Loveridge asks all Scouts in line for advancement to be in attendance. attend-ance. Mrs. Mao Huntington in company with Ora Jean Chipman of American Ameri-can Fork, Mcta Gehrmann of Salt Lake City and Leora Hanson of Provo, returned Tuesday evening from Albuquerque, N.M., where they attended the national convention conven-tion of Delta Kappa Gamma, as delegates from Utah. The convention conven-tion took up current school problems. prob-lems. A highlight of the trin mun j following the convention, was the j Indian dances which they witnessed witness-ed at Gallup, N.M. The dances, they described as one of the most spectacular sights they had ever seen. Returning by way of southwestern south-western Colorado they traveled over the million-dallar highway and were thrilled with the scenic beauty of the area. Elaine Robbins, Springville beauty beau-ty operator took three models to Salt Lake City on Friday of last week and appeared on the Salon T-V party, demonstrating hair styles. Appearing as models were Miss Sherrane Robbins, Mrs. Jackie Snow and Miss Jeanette Brown. |
