Each chairman would be expected ex-pected to maintain his position for a reasonable time and in case of resignation, get someone some-one or suggest someone to take his place. All county chairmen would deal directly with the head Chamber Tells Plan for Drive Committee Through the efforts of the Chamber of Commerce of which Dr. Richard K.
