Show Auditor Demands j Cashier's Bonds' ' i SALT LAKE CITY, June 21 (U.R) State Auditor Jshn W. Guy today asked payment of $1,204.51 from the Continental Casualty company on the bond of Powell Ipson, former state land board cashier. The requested payment represents repre-sents a total of alleged shortages in Ipson's accounts during his term as land board cashier. Ipson was indicted July 16, 1938, by a county grand jury for aa-sertedly aa-sertedly appropriating public funds to his own use, but was acquitted ac-quitted on Dec. 8. |
