Show Program Is Ready For "Y" Outing The program of events to take place at "Brig'ham Young university uni-versity day" at Saltair, Saturday, August 26, were announced Monday Mon-day by Dale DeGraff of Heber City, student social chairman. Swimming, spqj'ts, and recreation recrea-tion at the Saltair midway will hold the spotlight during the forenoon and the early afternoon, Mr. DeGraff stated. Students, alumni and future students of the University will gather in informal infor-mal groups. First official event of the day will be a round robin tournament tourna-ment in softball wf,th teams entered from sophomore, junior, senior and alumni classes. At 7 p. m. a special "B. Y. U. day" program will be presented at the pavilion. During and following fol-lowing the program hour students stu-dents will eat box lunches. The final event of the day will be a dance beginning at 8:30 p. m. It is expected that the Salt--air orchestra will play the B. Y. U. "College Song" as a special I feature. I ! |
