A suit to test the legality of ' the action of the state tax commission com-mission in seizing beer on which ; no state taxes had been paid, : was expected today to follow a series of raids made by state agents yesterday in six Utah cities. Raids were made on wholesale and retail establishments in Salt Lake City, Ogden, Provo, Price and Helper. All beer not bearing the state tax stamp was confiscated. confis-cated. The raids were conducted under authority of section 110 of the liquor control act. |
