Show EUREKA ROAD GETSS190,000 Utah county residents will derive de-rive many 'benefits from the $2.-500,000 $2.-500,000 highway program for the year outlined by Utah state road commission. The program will "oe completed and submitted next week to District Dis-trict Engineer B. J. Finch of the U. S. bureau of roads, Ogden. In the program are $2,000,000 in federal fed-eral road projects and $420,000 in secondary projects. Federal land and grade separation projects will be allocated later, it is expected. ex-pected. Although federal, funds will not be available until July 1, it is expected a number of the construction con-struction plans will foe in active building stage before that time. Included in the projects is Cop-per-Leaf-Eureka grading and graveling, $190,000, and Elberta-Copper Elberta-Copper Leaf oil mix surface, $18,-000; $18,-000; Spring Lake road revision will benefit by $20,000. A sum of $350,000 is allocated to bring highway CO to high standard stand-ard between Heber and Fruitland, completing the Salt Lake City-Colorado City-Colorado line high standard link. Nephi-Leamington road was set for graveling improvement at $30,-000; $30,-000; and oil mix will .be applied on the $70,000 Mt. Pleasant-Moroni Pleasant-Moroni job. |
