Show M, MESSINGER SERVICES HELD Impressive services were conducted con-ducted in the First ward last Friday Fri-day afternoon, for Mrs. Melissa Messenger, 95, who died of ailments ail-ments incident to' her age last Tuesday night. Bishop A. G. Peterson Pet-erson was in charge. The speakers were Mrs. Lilenda Sumsion, president of the First ward Relief society and C. G. Salisbury of the stake presidency. Music at the services was given by Mrs. Floss Phillips and John Hardy who rendered a vocal duet; Mrs. Mae Groesbeck and Mrs. Jessie Dalton, a vocal duet, and Ralph Weight and R. B. Parry, an instrumental duet. The invocation was offered by M. A. Boyer and the benediction by Frank Sanford. J. H. Manwar-ing Manwar-ing dedicated the grave at the Evergreen cemetery. |
