Genola Woman Asks For Divorce Myrtle Shoemaker of Genola filed suit in the Fourth district court Monday, asking a divorce from Roy Stanley Shoemaker, cruelty being the charge brought. Mrs. Shoemaker sets forth that her husband struck her with his fist last December and has told her he has had relations with other women. She seeks the custody of three children, $50 a month temporary and permanent alimony and $100 for attorney's fee. She also asks that he be cited into court on April 28 to show cause why he should not be ordered to refrain from molesting her at her father's home in . Genola and to pay her the temporary alimony during the pendency of the suit.
