Show I Local . . : : i John Fox of this city was elected elect-ed president of . the. Utah county 4-H club leaders organization at a joint meeting of the men and women leaders last Friday. Mr. Fox succeeds Merrill Warnick of Manila, who has been president presi-dent three years. Mrs. Eugena Bird, also of this city was named vice-president. The secretary-treasurer. secretary-treasurer. Miss Melba Hone, is of Spanish Fork. Instructions relative to the closing clos-ing weeks of school featured the Nebo schools teachers institute here Saturday forenoon. The vicinity vi-cinity teachers were also conducted conduct-ed through the art galery. President Hebcr J. Grant of the L. D. S. church and a party of friends from Salt Lake were vsitors to the high school art exhibit ex-hibit before its closing Monday. Also a group of Salt Lake business busi-ness and professional men with their partners numbering about 100, attended the exhibit Monday Mon-day afternoon, as representatives of the Salt Lake Executive club. Miss Dona Salisbury gave a splendid rendition of the 3ract play "Camille" at the Fourth ward M. I.A, Tuesday evening. |
