Show 'I LIVE MY LIFE' IS RIVOLI FILM STARTING SUN. . Joan Crowfard and W. S. Van Dyke! The star and director who collaborated col-laborated with such success to make "Forsaking All Others" are united again in Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer's new vehicle for the glamorous glam-orous actress, "I Live My Life," which comes to the Rivoli theater Sunday. Brian Aherne, the English actor who played opposite Helen Hayes in "What Every Woman Knows," is Joan Crawford's leading man in the virile role of a hard-boiled archaeologist who falls in love with a society girl. The locale of the picutre shifts between thi exotic Greek island of Naxos- .where the lovers meet, New York City and a Connecticut estate. Lavish settings are up to the' recognized standard of Art Director Direc-tor Cedric Gibobns and his associate, asso-ciate, E. B. Willis. Many of these are exteriors, constructed high above the glittering shores of Catalina Island, to which the company com-pany journeyed on location. Adrian has ' designated more than a dozen striking new ensembles, en-sembles, worn as only Joai Crawford Craw-ford can wear them. |
