Show Springville Man Given Interview With Kaiser Edward H. Foyer of Springville, with two missionary companions. Ward M. Cameron and Kenneth S. Hancock of Salt Lake, who are i laboring in the L. D. S. mission field in Holland, was recently granted an interview with the former Kaiser Wilhelm II and his wife, now i esiding at Doom, according ac-cording to word received by Mr. Boyer's parents. Mr. Boyer describes the former emperor's castle as being an especially espe-cially beautiful building surrounded surround-ed by an artificial forest- Permission Permis-sion to speak with the former ki.eer Was granted by several plain clothe men, who are his constant ! guards, after they had identified . themselves as Americans. He inquired in-quired of the missionaries "Are you Americans from Salt Lake City?" and ask a number of questions ques-tions pertaining to this country He was courteous, Mr. Boyer said, and alter a half hour conversation he abruptly said "Good bye! Come again ! and I thank you." According to Mr. Boyer the short time spent at the castle proved to be one of the most interesting incidents in-cidents which he has experienced, j during the eighteen months he has spent in the Netherland. |
