Show Borah Urges Extra Session Of Congress Next Spring ; w Idaho Solon Breaks With Adminstration to Express Views ! Borah of .-.n. a Jcad-r of the independent Republicans, Repub-licans, has broken with the administration ad-ministration on the subject of a special session of conpress. j Borah favors the extra session nftcr March 4 while President Hoover unqualifiedly opposes the idea. The extra session should be called call-ed to consider interstate motorbus regulation, power and railroad lhx-islation, lhx-islation, the anti-injunction bill and farm relief in the form of the export ex-port debenture, Borah believes. If congress were called together next sprlnp it would be the newly-elected newly-elected seventy-second congrejw. I with the increased Democratic strength voted last month. j Borah predicted the situation would change w spring so that the ' need of continued law making 1 would be apparent, j "When we get toward the close of the session March 4 it will become very evident that it would be em- ' b&rrassing to go home."
