FINE TRIBUTES PAID LIFE OF GLENN JONES Impressive and largely attended funeral services for Walter Glenn Jones, 27, local harbor, who died Tuesday of pneumonia were held Sunday in the Springville First ward chapel. Bishop Ernest Strong of the Second ward was in charge. The speakers each of whom spoke of the fine character of Mr. Jones were William Wainwright of the stake high council, Aaron Men-denhall, Men-denhall, and Bishop Strong. Music was furnished by Mrs. Inez Parker and Miss Helen Palfreyman, who sang a duet; Oi man Weight furnished a vocal solo, and Ralph B. Weight and Will Parry played a cornet duet. The invocation was" offered by Earl Sumsion of the Second ward bishopric, and the benediction by Selvoy Boyer. Ear! Hutchings dedicated dedi-cated the grave at the Evergreen cemetery. |
