Show DISPUTE OVER DEED REVEALED Ownership of a 13-acre tract of land in Salem is being disputed by a brother and sister, William John Hazel and Martha Alice Hazel Bed-does, Bed-does, it is revealed in a suit filed Friday afternoon by Mr. Hazel. The suit asks the fourth district court to declare a deed to the property prop-erty recorded by M rn. Beddoes on Nuveinbt-r 25 invalid and void. Hazel asserts in his coniplainL that he lias bet-n living on t he land siit-Jt- November 1 , and has paid the taxes and improved the property.
