JOHN S. BOYER. From my first recollections 1 remember Pres. Bringlmrst as a man of sarvice. One who completely com-pletely forgot himself for the we-la. we-la. e of his family and members .f this community, lie was nevei too busy on any occasion to drop what he was engaged in in order to render service and bring bless.-ii'.gs bless.-ii'.gs to others. In his services to the -church he' --had never-used his splendid t'-ilents for the gathering of wealth ; but instead he secured the love, honor and esUem of not only the people of this community but or many throughout the state, a reward which he will take with him and one to which he is. justly entitled. His life has been crowned crown-ed with the. assurance from all .that his wuik has been well done which is the most satisfying reward. HILTON A. ROBERTSON, Member Kolob Stake Presidency. I have known J. Frank Bring-hurst Bring-hurst for many years, and I have been- intimately associated with him for the past ten years. His sterling character, his love for his i'el low-men, his love of home, and the sincerety and frankness frank-ness with which he expressed himself him-self has caused hhn to be loved and respected by all his associates. In all his dealings he has been just and fair. His contacts with his fellow men in business, religious, and civic life, have been characterized character-ized by that spirit of humanity that he always possessed. I have found In him a true friend, and from the years of our association associa-tion a very close friendship has grown. In his passing I feel that , one of my very best friends has j been taken. C. G.. SALISBURY. In the passing of President J. Frank Bringhurst, the schools of Springville have lost a real friend of education. As a member of Nebo school district dis-trict board of education Mr. Bringhurst Bring-hurst championed the cause of education edu-cation in a very efficient manner. Through an understanding of educational edu-cational problems, profesisonal attitude at-titude and cooperation with administrative admin-istrative officials of our schools he was largely responsible for the educational edu-cational advancement and the excellent ex-cellent physical Jlant of our school system. As a member of the board of directors of the Art association and a lover of art he e-Hhusia;;tica'-ly supported the project and hi.. advice and cuini ul were t-l gica value in detenum.ng Iti policies. The faculties of mir schools join with me in expressing their appre ciation for bis until in efforts in behalf of our educational system and exten.l . their yiiip:thy to hi. beloved family and many frier. We have done much work together and have never had a disagreeable disagree-able word or hard feeling . toward each other during this time. There isn't u man anywhere whom i think more of than Mr. Bringhurst as a neighbor. He wua a straightforward straight-forward honest man always ready to help in sickness or other trouble. With Mr. 1 :i inghurst's passing I feel I have lost a dear and loyal Xiierul and neighbor. it. W. DAVIDSON. |
