Show Springville. sponsors Lamb Feeders ' Event COMMITTEES-NAMED COMMITTEES-NAMED FOR BIG EVENT 15,000 Lambs Beinff Fed in Central County Area. Springville and Mapleton district, fast becoming one of the most important stock feeding sections in Uni state, j will show oft its lamb feed- ! hig features in the rirst "Lamb Feeders'' day, to 1o held on Wednesday, January 25. Over 15,000 lambs are on feed in this section at the present time ; and many of the outstanding feed- ; ing yards will be visited on the tour of inspection which begins at 10 a. m. at the bank corner. Several Sever-al feeders are being run in cooperation coop-eration with the U. S. A. C. extension exten-sion service, and these cooperatives cooper-atives will be some of the places visited. The day is sponsored by the county' agents, Lyman Rich and Anson Call, and anyone interested is invited. Maynard Speaks ' Following the tour of the feed "yards, a leg-o'-lamb luncheon will dc "nerved in the Second ward amusement hall. This will be at 12:15, which will he followed-by a prog i am. Prof. E. J. Mnynard, livestock specialist of the U. S. A. C, will discuss the data obtained by the feeders and will also diseuca general livestock feeding practices. Wednesday evening a dance will be given in Mapleton during which I a stock weight judging contest will !, take place and a prize consisting of I1 a lamb will be given to the person ii judging the weight of the animals I entered, in the contest, according to members of the committee. Other invited guests are Prof. Harry H. Smith or the U. S. A. C, K. C. Ikeler of the Ogden Union Stock yards, and J. J.
