Continuing the letter states: "Yonf attention is .respectfully called to the provisions of the law reqeuiring you to take an affidavit from the person who killed the animal ani-mal or animals and a corroborative affidavit from a reputable citizen and. taqpayer of the county supporting support-ing the claim for bounty and that certified copies of both such affidavits, affidav-its, together with a certified copy of the counyt certificate issued by you be immediately forwarded to the state auditor. "Any county officer other than yourself may countersign the bounty certificates issued." |
