Show board of control together with the following engineers and officials will make an inspection, tour of the Provo bay bar with a view of ixiint-ing ixiint-ing out the possibilities offered by including hte bay in tlie project and also with a hope of putting it over at as early a date as possible: William M. Tucker, legal representative of the board of oentrol ; J. William Knight ; Senator Leltoy Dixon and L, L. Bunell. On Thursday the members of the board of control together wilh a delegation del-egation of citizens from Pleasant Grove, American Fork and Ixdii, together with Judge James B. Tucker, Tuck-er, will hold a conference with Mr. Green in Salt Lake City with a view of making formal application for government aid to reclaim all of the water logged lands in those districts by a drainage system. LAKE CONTROL BOARD FILES 1TSF1ND1NGS Engineers and Project Officials Offic-ials to Make Insnection Tour Friday The supervisors of the Utah Lake Control Drainage district, comprised of E. .S. Hinckley. John Alleman and S. W. Chipman, has just filed with the I'tah county assessor a roll of benefits together with a certified amount of money required to provide pro-vide for ineideutlals and possible delinquencies for the district for the year l!)2(i. The nmount is set at $14.58r05 and the survey indicates that there are 1015 pieces of property comprising com-prising an arerage of 21.250 within the district. This is said to include the lands surrounding the lake from the mouth of the Jordan river to a point south of Benjamin. It, of course, does not include the lands of the Provo bay, but when the district dis-trict is taken over by the I". S. reclamation bureau the Provo bay will be included, according to members mem-bers of the hoard. Xext Friday the members of tin |
