Show WARANTY DEED WILL NOT NEED REVENUESTAMP To County Recorders and Others Concerned : An important change in Stamp Taxes has been made in the Revenue Rev-enue Act of 1920, effective March 29, 1026. Repeal of the Stamp Tax is made as of the date named, as this affects af-fects the following documents: Conveyances: Deeds, instruments instru-ments or writing conveying real estate from one person to another,- Entry of goods, etc., at any custom-house, and entry for the with; drawnl of any goods from any customs cus-toms bonded warehouse. Passage tickets, one way or round trip, for each passenger, sold or issued is-sued by any vessel to a port or place meetings of corporations. Proxies for elections or business not in the United States. Powers of attorney. This repeal does not go into effect until March 20, 192(1.
