Show Former Springville people take wedding vows on westcoast Announcement is made this week of the marriage of Miss Carolyn Cranmer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M. K. Cranmer of Oxnard, Calif., formerly of Springville and Joseph Jane-cek, Jane-cek, son of Mrs. Anna Jane-cek Jane-cek of Riverside, Iowa. The bride is also the granddaughter grand-daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Cranmer of this city and the groom is a grandson of Mrs. Meda Evans Ellsworth of Payson, formerly of Springville. Spring-ville. The marriage took place July 27 in a double ring ceremony cere-mony at a Santa Clark, Calif., church. Given in marriage by her father, the bride was attired in a full-length silk organza gown with a sabrina neckline of chantilly lace and lilly pointed point-ed sleeves. Two wide borders of chantilly lace adorned the bottom of the gown and four roses of chantilly lace with petals of silk organza on strips of lace, trimmed the front of the gown and down the back. A prince rose held her illusion il-lusion veil. Her bridel bouquet was of white rose-buds centered center-ed with an orchid. Miss Shirley Cranmer, sister of the bride, was maid of honor hon-or and she and the bridesmaid, Mrs. Carolyn Meyer, wore iden- tical gowns of yellow nylon with white lace bodice and full length sleeves. They carried yellow rose-buds and white carnations. car-nations. Miss Julie Cranmer, cousin of the bride, also attired in yellow, was flower girl. Robert Walsh, San Jose, Calif., friend of the groom and Jay Cranmer, uncle of the bride, were best men. A reception followed the marriage, at the home of the brides parents and the couple later honeymooned in Las Vegas. |
