Show Mrs. Grant S. Thorn honored by club Complimenting Mrs. Grant S. Thorn, who has been visiting visit-ing here from England, members mem-bers of the Jeune Mere club were entertained at -a party Wednesday evening at the home of Mrs. Marie Whiting. She was assisted by Mrs. Aud-rie Aud-rie Ford and Mrs. Louise Nelson. Nel-son. ' The group enjoyed the time visiting and Mrs. Thorn told of her experiences in England where her husband is mission president. Attending the party besides the guest of honor were Mrs. Margaret Blackett, Mrs. Olive Bray, Mrs. Louise Nelson, Mrs. Audr'ie Ford, Mrs. Francis Clark, Mrs. Fay Haymond, Mrs. Val Clements, Mrs. Amy Klauck of Orem; Mrs. Ina Christensen and special guests, Mrs. Reva Lynn, Mrs. Florence Flor-ence Allan and Mrs. Edna Clyde. Mrs. Thorn and her daughter, daugh-ter, Diane, are planning to return re-turn early next week to England. Eng-land. Col. and Mrs. Thomas B. Onstott of Santa Fe, N. M., are visiting in Springville at the home of her sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Willis Crowley, until July 1. The Onstotts are enroute to Stugart, Germany. Mrs. Koyle (Glenna P.) Hatfield Hat-field and six of her seven sons and daughters have been visiting vis-iting in Springville from Na-ple, Na-ple, Idaho, and have been the house guests of Mrs. Mary Smart. The Hatfield's eldest son is in. the service. |
