Show Insurance man wife, guests at coast meet LuDean Litster, C. L. U., local lo-cal representative for Beneficial Bene-ficial Life Insurance Co., has been appointed assistant manager man-ager of the Lory M. Free agency of the Beneficial Life Insurance Co. in Provo. LuDean Lu-Dean and his wife, Florence, have been requested to attend the sales congress of the company com-pany at Monterey, Calif., June 19 to 22. Mr. Litster joined Beneficial Life Insurance Co. as an agent in 1945 in Huntington, Utah, later moving to Price, and then to Springville in 1951. He has been a constant student of the life insurance business, having graduated from the two courses of the Life Underwriting Un-derwriting Training Council (LUTC) sponsored by the National Na-tional Association of Life Underwriters Un-derwriters of Washington DC and received the coveted Chartered Char-tered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation (the highest award given in the insurance industry) indus-try) by the American College of Life Underwriters in Bryan Mawr, Penn. He taught a class of LUTC and one part of the CLU study course dealing deal-ing with estates, wills, trusts and taxes. He has held each official .position in the Central Utah Life Underwriters Association As-sociation and been a director in the Utah State Association of Life Underwriters. He is active in civic and church, presently program chairman of the Springville Chamber of Commerce and ward clerk of the Springville Tenth Ward. IVIr. and Mrs. J. M. Hunter are enjoying a visit from their grandchildren, Jackie and Barbara Bar-bara Hansen, daughters of Jack and Phyllis Hunter Hansen Han-sen of Spokane, Wash. They will be here until July, when their parents will come to Springville on a 2-week's vacation. va-cation. Most reformers are satisfied with themselves. |
