Show the designs of this fine new addition. This is sure one of the sparks we need to continue to grow industrially, as well as civicly. The buildings are beautiful, and I am particularly pleased with the means of paying for them. This will come from the y2 of 1 sales tax which is returned to the city. We have been promised that the taxes will not be raised as a means for raising the funds to pay for this bond. From information informa-tion I can see no reason why they should have to. I would like to compliment the committee com-mittee which has worked so hard to bring this fine building build-ing program to Springville. May I go on record as supporting sup-porting the new Civic Center, on the bond election, and urge the construction of this as soon as practical. Chamber of Commerce (Signed) Mays W. Anderson Edgel M.
