Show Senior 'Student of the Week' Lindsay C. Parker, she is president of the Steno club serving as chairman for meetings meet-ings and party planning. She also enjoys sewing and such sports as softball and tennis. " " 1 1 1 1 1 Mary Parker's life revolves around her exceptional music ability. At high school, she sings in the a cappella choir; played the piano for them throughout her sophomore year; serves on the council as librarian and assisted the director, di-rector, Mr. Montague by typing typ-ing letters to arrange their summer tour of the World's Fair. She takes private lessons from Carl Fueshner and also gives lessons. Much of her spare time is spent practicing with soloists and other music groups for assemblies and other oth-er programs. Mary is Sunday School organist or-ganist for the Fourth ward and also for Springville stake and has served as MIA chorister choris-ter and is MIA organist. Two stakes endisted her services as accompanists for "Promised Valley" last summer and she spent most her time practicing. Music also prevails in her plans for college. She has applied ap-plied for a music scholarship at BYU and hopes to major in music and minor in education.
