Show Kolob Stake M Men, Gleaners observe week' with events M Men and Gleaner week in Kolob Stake was observed last Friday night with a dinner-dance dinner-dance held at the home of Bishop Bi-shop and Mrs. Floyd Tuttle in Mapleton to which 59 M Men and Gleaners attended. Donald Watts was chairman. Watts was chairman. The dinner din-ner was prepared by the Eleventh Ward Relief Society. A committee assisting with the planning includes. Lynn Miner, Jan Felix, Paul Cherrington, Judy Allen, Judy Warner and Pat Booke. Saturday, March 31, the young folks went to Salt Lake City to do work in the genealogical genea-logical archives. The previous Sat. night, the stake M Men and Gleaners opened their week's celebration with a fun night at the stake center. Volleyball, 'shuffleboard, pingpong, Mauri sticks and a tasty spaghetti dinner were enjoyed en-joyed by over 60 people. Jim my Olsen was chairman with Linda Mae Houser, Lois Green-halgh, Green-halgh, Blaine Van Patten and Phil Bird, assisting. On Sunday, a special fireside fire-side was held at the home of Dan Morgan with 46 people attending. Richard Millett spoke on genealogy and its in portance. Donald Watts was in charge of arrangements with Janice Beardall in charge ol refreshment. |
