Show Food State nutritionists in observance ob-servance of National Nutrition Nutri-tion Week, March 4 to 11, declared today that the food one eats postpones symptoms of aging. They offer a Daily Food Guide, available from the county home agent, on suggestions for proper eating. eat-ing. The guide stresses a good breakfast and some meat, fish, eggs or milk in every meal. Good well-planned meals can lengthen the prime of life and give more vigor, vitality vi-tality and joy in living, the guide says. Proper eating increases in-creases the work-productive span of years and fortifyes resistance to devitalizing diseases di-seases and quickens one's recovery from injuries, surgery sur-gery and illness, it states. |
