Show lpriiig!ille High ire Springville's Red Devil grid-ders grid-ders will play the Provo Bulldogs Bull-dogs in. the BYU Stadium to day at 2:30 p.m. in the final grid game of league play. The Devils, who lost to the Spanish Fork Dons 14-6 last Friday, still hold a slim mathematical math-ematical chance of tieing for the region title. This could only happen if the Devils can win over Provo today and providing pro-viding Carbon upsets the favored fav-ored and league-leading Pay-son Pay-son club Friday at Payson. This would throw the league into a three-way tie with Pay-son, Pay-son, Carbon and Springville sharing the honors. Payson, however is picked to win the title by defeating the Carbon club whom Provo defeated last week. The Bulldogs are slight favorites to take the Devils and thus the grid season for all but Payson would be over come Friday night. Devils lose Springville failed to play the brand of ball they did the week previous and coupled with an alert and hard charging charg-ing Don eleven, came out on the short end of a 14-6 score. Springville was unable to hold the winners throughout the first half and left the field in arrears 14-0. An 80 yard ...... .... -. . . . . . .. . , the Red Devils their only score. Felix and Bleggie and Palfrey-man Palfrey-man carried on the drives- A line plunge was stopped at the line. Both squads looked good throughout the second half but neither could penetrate pene-trate for a score thereafter.
