All meetings will be held in the stake house. The conference will emphasize empha-size youth development as part of the church-wide parent and youth program launched early this year, by Church President Presi-dent David O. McKay. The Saturday night 1 meeting at 8 p.m., will be for parents of youth with a special program pro-gram including pictures planned plan-ned for the occasion. The Sunday general session at 10 a.m., is open to the public pub-lic as in the 2 p.m. session. At the latter meeting, a section sec-tion of 'the chapel will be reserved re-served ( for the young people. The Youth Chorus, under direction direc-tion of Mrs. Alberta Hoover, will furnish music, and all talks at this session will revolve re-volve around a youth leadership leader-ship theme. The meeting in the evening will be presented by the stake MIA. |
