Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to appropriate water in Utah County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless un-less otherwise designated. All locations are in SLB&M. 29220 Utah Poultry & Farmers Far-mers Cooperative, P. O. Box 1620, Salt Lake City, Ut. .111 sec. -ft. from a 4-in. well bet. 50 and 350 ft. deep at a point N. 90.97 ft. and W. 1198.81 ft. from Cor. Sec. 25, T8S, R2E. The water is to be used for the domestic requirements of 30 employees, for manufacturing, manufac-turing, sanitation, fire protection, protec-tion, and from Apr. 1 to Nov. 1 to irrigate acre, all uses in NE said Sec. 25. 30088 Kenneth B. Olsen, 1795 West Center, Provo, Ut. 1 sec.-ft. from a 6-in. well, bet. 100 and 400 ft deep at a point N. 1606 ft. and W. 693 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 4, T7S, R2E. From the well the water will be conveyed through pipe line and used for propagation of 2000 beaver in 600 swimming tubs, and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 10.5 acres, all uses in NESE said Sec. 4, which will consume .25 sec.-ft. and .75 sec.-ft. will be returned return-ed to a natural surface channel chan-nel at a point N. 1807 ft. and W. 1025 ft. from SE Cor. said Sec. 4. 30544 Grant Miner, RFD', P.O. Box 17, Springville, Ut. sec.-ft. from a developed spring at a point S. 2012.7 ft. and E. 1090.3 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 9, T8S, R3E. The water is to be collected in a cement headbox, conveyed by ditch and used to water 15 cattle, and from May 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 1.73 acres, all uses in SWNW4 said Sec. 9. 31205 Banks Monk, Route No. 2, Spanish Fork, Ut. .015 sec.-ft. from a 2-in. well bet. 100 and 300 ft. deep at a point N. 20 ft. and E. 990 ft. from S Cor. Sec. 34, T7S, R2E. The water will be used to water 35 cattle and 5 horses in SWSEi4 said Sec. 34. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of any of the foregoing applications ap-plications with reasons therefor, there-for, must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, on or before February 6, 1960.
