The couple plan to make their home in Provo while attending the BYU. Richard L. Robbins Takes Bride In Manti LDS Temple Recently Making their home for the remainder of the summer in Panguitch are newlyweds Mr. and Mrs. Richard L. Robbins who were married re- recently in the Manti LDS Temple. Mrs. Robbins is the former Miss Carla Lee Greenwell, Green-well, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph A. Greenwell of Auburn, Calif. Before their marriage, parents par-ents of the groom, Mr. and Mrs. Lyman Robbins entertained entertain-ed at a dinner at Maple Valley Val-ley Inn for members of the two families. They enjoyed a short program and the couple opened gifts which they had received from Springville relatives and friends. After the temple ceremony, they were entertained at a wedding breakfast and left after af-ter for Grass Valley, Calif., where parents of the bride were hosts at a wedding reception. recep-tion. Mr. and Mrs. Robbins, parents of the groom went to California for the event. The lovely young bride chose for her wedding attire, a floor-length floor-length gown of nylon organdy designed with wrist-length sleeves tapering to lily points accenting a tight-fitting bodice. bo-dice. A lace panel decorated the back of the bouffant skirt. Her finger-tip veil of illusion fell from a crown of seed pearls. Attendants Arlene Hansen, maid of honor; Lynne Fife and Coral Lou Greenwell, a sister were bridesmaids and were attired at-tired in pink organdy with pink taffetta - cumberbunds. Litle Randee Jena Greenwell an-nother an-nother sister was flower girl. The bride's mother chose a rose lace sheath and Mrs. Robbins Rob-bins pink linen and lace. Dick Linford did best man duties for the groom. After the reception, the couple cou-ple left on a few days honeymoon honey-moon to San Francisco, the bride doning a navy blue ensemble. en-semble. When school begins this fall the new Mr. and Mrs. Robbins plan to make their home in Provo while both continue their education at the BYTJ. |
