Show Sr. High Student of the Week . . . Editor's Note A series of "Students of the Week" is being be-ing published In the Springville Spring-ville Herald, recognizing students stu-dents in the senior class of the high school student body. A student-faculty committee selects se-lects the student taking into consideration such attributes as citizenship, school service, attitude at-titude and use of capacities. Virginia Felt Clever and hard working, with a sparkling sense of hu- f ' L-r- . ... I ' I S , t Virginia Felt mor is Virginia Felt, attractive daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Tho-mas B. Felt. As secretary of the senior class, Virginia has a big job taking care of all the details of class business. With the Senior Hop and other projects piling up she admits "things get a little hectic at time." However, she thoroughly enjoys en-joys school and is thrilled with the opportunity to represent her class. Senior class business doesn't take all of her time because she is also a member of the pep club and steno club. She is a former member of the Spanish club and was a representative repre-sentative to- Girls State. In her school subjects Virginia Vir-ginia is especially interested in business courses and psychology. psychol-ogy. She won AAA rating for her typing ability at the state commercial contest last year. During her free time Miss Felt likes to sew. She designs and makes many of her clothes. cloth-es. She enjoys the out-of-doors and is even trying to learn to play golf. (She refused to tell her scores.) Virginia plans to go to BYU and major in business or psychology psy-chology after high school graduation. |
