Bonnie Damico and Susan Friel were presented meat thermometers for meal preparation, prepar-ation, the award being made by Hilda Stewart of the Wool Growers and Fern Ercanbrack, vice president of the Board of Directors of USU. Carol Greenhalgh and Kay Frandsen were presented red leather wallets for meal preparation pre-paration by Helen Spafford, president of the Utah State Cowbelles. Club members awarded for completion of their projects included: first year, 73; second, sec-ond, 22; third, 17; fourth, one; fifth, nine and five for first year work. Mrs. Elsie Greenhalgh, whose record of ten consecutive years as a 4-H leader and supervisor was awarded a Gold Clover Pin. Ten-Year Service Award Goes to 4-H Club Leader Over 125 awards were made to Springville and Mapleton 4-H club members at the annual an-nual Achievement program at the Junior High School Thursday Thurs-day evening of last week. Topping the list of awards was a Gold Clover pin presented pre-sented to Mrs. Elsie Greenhalgh, Green-halgh, Brookside, in recognition recogni-tion of ten consecutive years service as leader and supervisor super-visor of 4-H club work in the Springville area.
