Show Mr., Mrs. Keith Myres to Live On Coast After Temple Rites Miss Paula Haymond, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Haymond of this city became the bride of Keith Myres, son of Mr. and Mrs. John :T '. ' ' I Myres of San Diego, Calif., in the Salt Lake Temple Thursday Thurs-day of last week and the young couple was honored at a reception the following evening even-ing in the Third-Ninth yard church. The bride was beautifully gowned in a drapped chiffon, over slipper satin wedding gown designed by her friend. Patsy Warren. Fine lace bordered bor-dered the high neckline an the sleeves were long and tight-fitted. A crown of dainty orange blossoms held a short veil of illusion and she carried a briday bouquet consisting of a white pink-centered orchid with,, stephanotis and pale pink satin streamers. Attendants were: Maryan Haymond, sister; Katheryn Groneman, Berniece Atkinson, and Collette Miner bridesmaid: and Mrs. Joan Haymond, sister-in-law, matron of honor. They were gowned in sheath dresses in Rosewood shade designed de-signed similar to that of the brides with high neckline and long sleeves. They carried fan-shaped fan-shaped bouquets in corresponding correspond-ing colors. Mother of the bride wore blue chiffon at the reception recep-tion and Mrs. Myres was attired at-tired in blue lace. Their corsages cor-sages were white gardenias and pink rose-buds. David Haymond was best man. Mr. ajid Mrs. Keith Myres,. nee Miss Paula Haymond, left Sunday to reside in San Diego, Calif., after Salt Lake Temple marriage and church reception. At the guest register were Mr. and Mrs. Jim Peterson of Provo. Earl Lellegren of Provo greeted guests at the door and gift bearers were Randy Sim-kins, Sim-kins, Mary Lou Warren and Jolene Anderson. In charge of the gift room were: Norma Rae Simkins and Mrs. Richard Beck. Assisting with the serving were, Karen Haymond, Lonny Child, Susan Strong, Earlene Child, Karen Cook, LaRue Whiting, Carma B. Duncan, Mary Lou Furr, Barbara Hall, Aldean Cazier, Linda Alleman, Neva Chappel, Linda Houser, Linda Pyper, Karen Oldroyd and Marlene Warren. As the guests arrived, organ music was played by Bill Kapp. The newlyweds greeted reception re-ception eruests in the lobbv of the church which was pretty with flower arrangements in pink and white. A lovely 3-tiered all-white wedding cake fan-shaped rested res-ted on a mirror reflecting trimmings of tiny fans and pale pink sweat-pea nosegays about the table. The young couple left Sunday Sun-day for San Diego, Calif., where they will make their home. |
