Show PREMIER CUTER OFCOMtCTl Los Angeles Man Sues for Half Interest in Silver Property. Suit for a half interest in the Premier mine, formerly the JJush, near Hlewart, K. C, was filed in the Spokane federal court recently, according to a Spokane report, re-port, by Morris P.acon of Los Angeles against K. K. Neill of Spokane. Paeon alleges al-leges that a partnership existed between him and Neill and that Neill niter-presented the value of the mine when their alleged partnership was in existence and fraudulently gained possession of the properly. . Paeon charges that lie lent Neul a grubstake in June, PtlG, and it was agreed that tho two should share equally in any property taken over. It is alb'ged that Neill deceived Bacon as to the value of the Push mine as it was reported on to Bar-on and obtained it himself. P.acon was formerly a miner in Arizona Ari-zona and the northwest. He at one time was an associate of the late August Heinze of Butte. It recently was reported report-ed that Tl per rent of tiie Premier mint, a gold-silver property, was sold to the American Smelter & Refining company by Neill and associates, V. P.
