Show NOTED GUITARIST IS LOST AT SEA (Chicago Tribune Special Service.) SEATTLE, Wash., Dec. 18. Helen Louise Ferera, guitarist, well known to the vaudeville stage in the east and for five years past engaged "by phonograph companies to make records, was lost at sea December 12, it became known here today through a report made by the purser pur-ser of the stea mshfp President. M me. Ferera was on her way from Ixis Angeles to Seattle, and disappeared from the boat early in the morning. Her absence was noted several hours later. There were no witnesses to the accident, but as high seas swept the decks of the President, it '.s believed that she was swept away when she ventured outside during the early morning. Mme. Fnrera's fit her, A. E. Greenns, lives in Seattle. Mme. Ferera had been in Honolulu with her husband, -j Ferera, also a guitarist, who app.-with app.-with her in vaudeville and also at with tho phonograph companies. -. erera was on her way to Seattle toiler to-iler father, fcihe was 32 years old |
