NOTICE OF" SPECIAL MEETING OF STOCKHOLDERS OF RICH LANDS IRRIGATION "COMPANY. A Utah corporation. Principal place of business. Salt Lake City, Utah. Notice is herehy given that a special meeting of stockholders of said company is hereby called and will be held at the office of the company, 1115 New house building, on the 21st day of June, 1&19, at the hour of 10 o'clock a. m. on said day. Said meeting is called and will be hfld for ths purpose of changing amended article VII of the Articles of Incorporation Incorpora-tion to read as follows: "The capital stock of this corporation corpora-tion be limited to '105,000 shares; C00,0i0 shares of which' shall be common stock of the par value of 10 cents each and 5'JOO shares of preferred stock of the par value of one dollar each. Said preferred stock shall have no voting power, ' nor shall It bear vumulativo dividends, .and it shall be liquidated out of the fust moneys of the corporation a p pi i cable to payment of dividends upon common stock before any dividends are paid upon common com-mon stock."
