Religious aggressiveness must 150 aroused if the world is to be won to Christianity, Chris-tianity, declared the Rev. II. W. Burner, D. D., pastor of the Third Presbyterian church, in discussing the biterchurch world movement yesterday. "The Interchurch world movement of North America," Mr. Burger continued, "Is a consequence of certain facts in world history. These facts are not new, but war has given them a new importance. A challenge has come to Christianity as tho aftermath of the European war. "Two-thirds of the earth's population have, not had the truths of Christianity brought to them. Europe, weakened by ivar, will need help to rebuild religion. Africa, with 130,000, ono people, and Asia, with 800,000,000 people, have a definite claim upon us. North America, with her suburban and rural questions, her racial problems, her social unrest, her industrial and commercial queries, must be aroused to now deeds of religious aggressiveness. aggressive-ness. "The interchurch world movement stands for cooperation in dealing with these problems prob-lems at home and abroad. Coordinated activities avoid waste and loss and concentrate con-centrate forces for efficient service. Ono vision, one plan, one mobilization, one loyal service will win the world to Christ. Two hundred cooperating religious boilies of North America are joined in this splendid splen-did movement.
