Dec. 1 1.- One of Lhc most important Oeals in the history of tho famous Goldfield district has just been consummated in the mcrplng- of tho properties; of the Yellow Tir Consolidated Consoli-dated Mining company, the Deter t Chief i onsulKlaten .Mining company ;nm ui--New Goldfield Sierra Mining company. This merger is, in effect, an absorption by the Yellow Tiger of the other companies com-panies by an exchange of stock and assumption as-sumption of outstanding indebtedness. The Yellow Tiger also owns substantial outstanding claims against the Red I. ion Consolidated Mining company, and when negotiations now under way are completed, com-pleted, this property will also be merged with the Yellow Tiger. Thia . will give the Yellow Tiger company com-pany about 00 acres of -very promising ground in various favorable locations throughout the Goldfield district, and will enable the company to not only carry on development work on its own account, but, due to its now widely scattered acreage, acre-age, it will be in the best of position to reap benefit from tiie developments of other companies.
