PICKETS PERMITTED WHILE SUIT PENDS Maintenance of twelve pickets, six at the main gate and three each at the side entrances ot the plant of the Salt Lake Iron & Steel company, are allowed by order of Judge P. c. E-ans of the Third district court yesterday, ponding the outcome out-come of the suit brought by the company to enjoin union organizations alleged to be responsible for the strike at the company's com-pany's plant. The order resulted from a hearing on a petition for a temporary restraining order. , C. L. Olson, counsel for the labor or-ganljatlons, or-ganljatlons, asked for six pickets at each entrance. The company held for two Tho court compromised bv allowing si-; at the main and three at each of the tveo lesser entrances.
